Brodie manages core investment functions at Lotus Capital, supporting deal sourcing and evaluation, generating market research and analysis, and leading underwriting and due diligence of real estate acquisitions. He brings over six years of experience in real estate investment, capital markets advisory, and both private and public equities. Prior to joining the Lotus team, Brodie worked at a family office focused on public and private real estate investments and at a global investment bank covering the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Brodie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a specialization in Finance from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
