The St. Laurent property was well positioned near the Trans-Canada Highway and Pierre Trudeau International Airport, supporting efficient regional and national logistics operations. The two Edmonton facilities were located within established industrial areas and supported cold-chain warehousing and distribution operations serving Western Canada. Collectively, the assets provided essential temperature-controlled infrastructure in key Canadian markets.
Lotus Capital acquired the portfolio in 2016 and realized the investment in 2022. The facilities were leased to a national cold-storage and logistics provider, reflecting Lotus Capital’s approach to investing in specialized industrial assets supported by long-term tenant demand and
strategic locations.
