We have invested over $2.9 billion across industrial, retail and residential asset classes. Since 2010, equity raised has been deployed into North American acquisitions, representing more than 5 million square feet of leasable space.

PROREIT

A notable example of our partnership-led approach is our long-standing relationship with PRO Real Estate Investment Trust. Since leading a private placement investment in 2014, Lotus has played an active role in supporting PRO REIT’s growth strategy, including board-level involvement. Over this period, PRO REIT’s market capitalization has increased more than fivefold.
