Shenoor Jadavji

Shenoor is a seasoned CEO with over 30 years of experience in real estate transactions totalling more than $2 billion across all real estate classes in major and secondary Canadian markets as well as select US markets. She is responsible for the strategic direction of Lotus Capital. Her expertise lies in originating off-market deals and structuring value-aligned joint venture investments.

Under her leadership, Lotus Capital has built a reputation for tenaciously pursuing optimal risk-adjusted returns for investors. Shenoor’s ability to move quickly, recognize a real opportunity and lead the team to execute across a huge range of asset classes and markets reflects her talent as a dynamic real estate leader. Her precision of execution is remarkable across various markets, asset classes, and geographic diversification.

She navigates disruptions and turns them into opportunities for the firm and its partners. She initiated a strategic alliance and private placement investment with PROREIT and secured a seat on its board of trustees and serves on its Investment Committee.

Shenoor has earned the trust of industry colleagues while being true to herself. She is part of an extensive investment and partnership network and enjoys deep, long-term relationships with private high-net-worth family offices, individuals, and established institutional partners.

Steve Krilanovich

Steve is primarily responsible for Lotus Capital’s asset and development management, including repositioning, leasing, value optimization and dispositions. Throughout his more than 25 years at Lotus Capital, he has honed his expertise in the development and management of commercial and retail projects, high and low-rise market housing projects, and property conversions. Notably, he has participated in the acquisition, management, and redevelopment of over $1B of industrial, retail, office and multi-family properties.

He holds degrees in Urban Land Economics and Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia.

Cam Grieve

Cam is primarily responsible for investment management, including capital sourcing, closing, investor relations and risk management. He has more than 20 years of real estate experience, and his expertise lies primarily in structuring real estate equity and debt investment (in all asset classes), and underwriting, acquiring, managing and disposing of properties at above-market returns. Notably, he managed a $600M commercial real estate portfolio comprising of six million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multi-family rental properties.

He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, and a BA from the University of Victoria.

He is an avid supporter of initiatives directed at increasing mental health awareness.

Dan Dibadj

Dan oversees real estate investment activities at Lotus Capital including sourcing, negotiating, and execution of acquisition opportunities. He brings 12 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, development, and capital markets and has been directly involved in over $3.6 Billion in transactions across North America across multifamily and commercial real estate, hospitality, and senior housing.

Dan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, Urban Development Institute (UDI), and the Gastown Business Improvement Society. Dan graduated from the University of British Columbia, earning his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with specializations in Accounting and Real Estate Finance.

Giovanna La Terza

Giovanna joined Lotus Capital Corp in the spring of 2023 as Executive Assistant to Shenoor, Cam, and Steve, as well as Administrative Assistant for the office.

She has had an eclectic career path, starting in corporate, executive, sales & marketing administrative assistance roles in the Financial Services and Oil and Gas sectors, later moving into more operations-heavy roles in the Information Systems sector. She then took a corporate hiatus to travel, treeplant, and manage non-profit yoga studios. Now, she applies the skills and knowledge she’s gained over the years to support the Lotus Team.

Passionate about social, physical, and emotional wellbeing, Giovanna spends much of her free time going on adventures with her dog, Arya, and developing her yoga practice.

Wilson Lu, CPA, MPAcc

Wilson Lu is the Controller at Lotus Capital. He is responsible for the internal controls, accuracy, integrity and efficiency of the overall accounting and financial reporting system. Before joining Lotus Capital, Mr. Lu worked in the Audit and Assurance group at Deloitte and as a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at Pure Industrial, where he oversaw the treasury, financial and operational performance reporting and forecasting in the real estate industry.

Mr. Lu received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a Chartered Professional Accountants.

Matt Greidanus

Matt provides financial analysis to assess opportunities, supports project design with consultants, obtains municipal approvals for development projects and oversees the construction process through to completion. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has gained his development experience in both Alberta as well as the Lower Mainland acting on behalf of well-respected developers and family offices.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys to golf, ski, and spend time with family and friends. He is an active member of UDI.

Cian Dunne

Cian joined Lotus Capital as Asset Manager in July 2023 after relocating from Dublin, Ireland where he started his career. Cian has extensive experience in commercial real estate having worked in asset management, leasing, valuation and in a strategic advisory capacity.

During his career, Cian has acted on behalf of an array of institutional investors and landlords including Goldman Sachs, Marathon Asset Management, Oaktree, Hammerson and Irish Life Assurance Plc.

His qualifications include a bachelors BComm degree from University College Cork and an MSc in real estate from Technology University Dublin. Cian is also a member or the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Karen Tran, CPA, CGA

As Senior Real Estate Accountant for Lotus Capital Corp, Karen supports and works closely with the Asset Management, Development Management, and Investment teams to provide financial oversight and reporting guidance for the company’s diverse portfolio of real estate properties and projects.

A CPA for over twelve years, Karen also holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Laurentian University and a Financial Management Diploma from BCIT. She has over six years of direct full-cycle accounting experience in development, commercial, and residential real estate.

Prior to joining Lotus, Karen worked for one year at a Foundation helping to combat climate change as Payroll and Revenue Accountant. In her downtime, she enjoys helping seniors file their tax returns, reading, walking, & gardening. Highly organized, Karen is passionate about applying her strong computing knowledge to streamline existing processes. She is amazed by this beautiful city and feels beyond blessed to call Vancouver home.

Dan Lien

Dan joined Lotus Capital as a Financial Analyst in May 2023. Prior to joining the Lotus team, Dan worked as a Senior Securities Administrator at Raymond James with short term risk analysis in Foreign Exchange being his area of expertise.

Dan is responsible for modeling, research, quantitative analysis, and forecasting.

He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Simon Fraser University and he is currently in pursuit of a CFA.
